Senator Frank R. Lautenberg...thousands of mill workers met at the Botto house to demand a living wage, an end to child labor, and call for safer working conditions for people like my father who worked in the Paterson silk mills.....
Congressman Bill Pascrell Jr.....the spirit of the people of Haledon is the spirit of freedom and democracy that has infused our nation from its inception...
Many people have given their time, pictures and stories to assist in producing a rich cultural and historically accurate accounting of the Borough of Haledon.
