Information: Heather Kilminster, RN is a nursing executive at Preakness Healthcare in the Administration Department where she specializes in Marketing and Public Relations. She is completing her first three-year term on the Borough Council.  

Heather also works for Saint Barnabus Hospital in Irvington as a trauma nurse where she was the recipient of the prestigious Healthcare Foundation of New Jersey Humanitarian Award in 2000.

As a council member, she maintains an open door policy and welcomes input from the residents.

Heather is married with two children. She has lived in Haledon for eight years and is a homeowner on Circle Avenue.
